The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Member Services Officer to join our team.
This is a full-time frontline role where you’ll build strong relationships
with our members, provide tailored banking solutions, and ensure
every interaction reflects our commitment to community values.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service across branch, phone, and digital channels
• Assisting members with everyday banking needs including accounts, payments, and product enquiries
• Promoting Central Murray Bank products and services to meet member needs 
• Maintaining compliance and accuracy in all transactions and records

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Member-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital banking systems
• Team-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Passionate about community, eager to make a difference in people’s lives
• FSR Tier 2 Qualified (or willingness to undertake)
