Thanking CEO John Pattison for more than 30 years of leadership as Sally Eales steps in as acting CEO.

Central Murray Bank advises that Chief Executive Officer John Pattison has commenced leave as he begins his transition to retirement.
John has led the Bank for more than 30 years, playing a pivotal role in its growth, innovation, and strong commitment to community-focused, member-owned banking. After 44 years in the banking industry – most of them in mutual banking – John reflected that his time serving regional communities has been the most rewarding of his career. His dedication and leadership leave a lasting legacy for the organisation.
During this transition, Sally Eales has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer.
Sally joined Central Murray Bank in 1995 and has served as Operations Manager for the past 16 years. With her strong leadership and deep community ties, she will ensure continuity and stability for members.
On behalf of the Board, staff, and members, we thank John for his outstanding contribution and wish him every success in retirement.
